    its impossible to know if he didnt have possession before he toucehd out of bounds

    so the tD will stand

    BUT kevin stepped out of bounds and thenw as the first one to touch the ball

    This team just seems so remarkably different than last year's. Last season, there is no way that they could have come back from a quick 14-0 deficit.
