I can Admit. . . I would be more concern if it were my daughter than if it were my son

The issue is not the double standards in our hearts and minds
but
In the LAW

The Law is suppose . .. i repear *suppose* to be better than us
It is suppose to be a complilation of our best efforts and ideas
It is suppose to be the collective ideal of equality where the collective is greater than its parts

The LAW is suppose to be our GROUP MORALITY
and it is suppose to be More Moral where is can be .. more Equal

This has nothing to do with gender stereotypes, being macho, or "walking it off" ignorant attitudes. I certaintly didn't abide by any of these philosophies when I was 15. I certaintly didn't do anything for the sake of "being cool" or being thought of as "cool", even at that age. When it came to sex, at that age, all I knew was that I had to have it. I didn't go around acting like I did, being lewd or behaving like the archetypal teenage male, but in my mind, the thoughts were always there and they were just as I described throughout this thread. As they are for "most" 15 year olds.
And if a female teacher came along, seduced me into having sex. I would have had no problem with it, psychological or otherwise. And if I grew to regret it later on in life, I would have regretted it no more deeply than I would losing my virginity with the 'wrong' girl of my own age, for being an average stupid kid and not putting a little more thought into it. It would bug me, as I grew up to be a much different young man with a much different/better mentality at 17-18. But it would have had zero effect on me psychologically, and would have had no significant impact on my life.

Boys are different than girls. It's not that difficult to understand.

I am in complete disbelief that you and others that share your stance/view can't see that..

The earlier in your life you have sex, the more likely you are to have problems develop from it. It's pretty easy to follow that if you're having sex earlier in your life with someone twice or three times your age, you are going to have even bigger problems develop because it's not just the sex, it's the perceived maturity level that you now possess which leads to other "adult" behaviors like drinking or drugs or whatever else. How do you really know what you'd have a problem with psychologically as a child unless you experienced it? That's sort of dumb rationalizing as an adult how you would feel as a child, no offense.

At Consolidated Youth Services, a local facilities for at risk teens, in my hometown of Jonesboro, AR, a nurse was accused of sexual relationships with a juvenile there.

I doesn't matter if you're female or male... If you are an adult and have sexual relations with a minor your ass needs to be locked up for a while. Probation or anything less than 5 years... please!
