Oden out for the season?

    Sorry for the double post.

    But the Blazers should be ok. They still have Aldridge and Pryzbilla. Aldridge is much better than Oden anyways.

    This is a blessing in disguise for the Blazers in the big picture. If the Blazers suck again and have another top 5 lottery pick, they will have the new 2008 rookie, Oden, and LaMarcus Aldridge. This could be the beginning of a future powerhouse.

    Good Point. Imagine if they end up with a pick at around 5-10 range, and select a guy like pg, Darron Collison. But I don't think they will suck that bad to become a top 5 lottery team though.

    There is a lot of Sam Bowie talk on the radios in Portland today. If you look at Greg Oden's short career so far, he has never been healthy for a full year. This doesn't look very promising for the future of the Blazers.

    At least they already sold out all those extra season tickets.

    Big guys get hurt easily. Yao has been lucky he has not had that kind of injuries.
