Skip work, make babies, says Russian governor

That guy must be an idiot.

 

In the Soviet Union days, any woman who had more than 7 (? Maybe it was 9?) babies got a bunch of perks.

I really think it is a problem they should be solving with immigration, though they have plenty of race-relations issues already.

 

I hope one of those perks was free plastic surgery to get rid of the stretch marks...
