Hell, for Vizzini you hardly have to change anything. He's like the lost third Van Gundy brother.

Hate to state the obvious, rocketing to the top is not possible without the jettison of Gundy.

    The Houston Rockets, China's Team.

Who needs defense when you have offense?

    The Franchise is Reborn.

    2nd Round Bound.

    The Resurrection of Clutch City.

    Believe It or DIE.

    No Slogan Needed.

Morey said Rafer is the best team defender out of all the point guards. Interesting.

Well, JVG spoke highly about his defense, so he must have been doing something right on that end. And I suspect Morey and his staff have tracked data for evaluating player defense. So, if that's his judgement, I trust it.

If we're talking slogans, I personally like something Yao said in a recent translated interview:

    "Do More, Talk Less."

Alston's D was pretty good except when he played with Deron, who unfortunately play for a team that Rockets battled in the first round. And I believe most Rafer haters call him out on his offense.

Actually, the general consensus is that out of any PG in the playoffs during Utah's run, Rafer was the one who defended Deron Williams the best.

Rafer is a pesky defender. He's not great, in fact it's a long shot to even call him a good defender, but he reads situations well.

Now for the team, I think we haven't reached out ceiling yet as far as where the Tmac-Yao combo is concerned. Ideally, they should have the same sort of effect that Kobe and Shaq did. Both taking turns to destroy the opponent. So far our duo has rarely showed that, it's mostly been Yao playing well one night, and Mac playing well another, rarely have they both had monster games. That's why I think until they reach that plateau, this team's ceiling is still high.
