Steve Nash and other NBAers arrived tonight and threw a press conference. Originally Yao Ming did not plan to take part in the press conference, but he changed his mind and appeared in the middle of the press conference after a team practice/scrimmage with the national team just to say hello to Steve Nash and other NBA peers. Towards the end of the press conference, every of the NBA stars wished Big Yao a Happy Birthday.
The West All-Stars did the same thing a couple of years ago. Let's see, it was Yao, Shaq, KG, Duncan, and Dirk on the court at the same time. That was fun to see!
Steve Nash and his gang took the morning off for some sightseeing at the Forbidden City. They did not go to the Great Wall probably due to the weather, as it was rainy and windy. When asked about why Yao Ming was not with them, Steve Nash said: "He is just too busy. We would love to have him tour us around. But then he will be the most expensive tour guide in the world."
