I sell vacation rentals in my spare time for extra cash. There's this one dude who decided not to use his 2 bedroom, 1 living room, 2 bathroom, presidential suite at the Krystal in Cancun this year. He has it booked for Dec. 28th to Jan. 4th. It sleeps 8 comfortably and has a kitchen.

    www.krystal.com.mx

I don't have to sell this, for it's not mine, but I've done business with him for a while. If he told me about this ealier, I'm sure I could of sold the week for $2400. Now he's even accepting $1600 for the week. Personally, I think with a little prodding, I can even get him to go lower. Worst case, I'll refund most of my comission, which varies between $100 and $300 dollars.

So anyhow, if anyone is interested in spending an New Year's vacation at a 5 star resort for budget prices, feel free to email me at KMX03@yahoo.com

Sorry if this doesn't belong here, but honestly, I'm not trying to make much money off of this. Basically, a really cheap vacation opportunity has arised (I would take it but I'm going somewhere else) and I'm just letting y'all know that I could hook you up. I have tons more info, so just email me if interested.

Going to Puerto Vallarta. Cancun is nice though. Too Touristy these days. Used to go to Cancun when I was younger, than Cozumel, then Akumal. The Greatful Dead had a condo near ours in Akumal. Now its all too touristy these days. Of course Puerta Vallarta is not much better.

If you are in Cancun, make sure you visit Tulum and Isla de Mujeres. Take the road south to Akumal for this beatufil lagoon. Of course its a tourist trap now. It was so beautiful when no one knew about it.

shameless bump (I won't do it again)

But...if any of y'all ever want a vacation, i can set it up, but I'm not sure if it would be as cheap as this.

My dad also owns a web address for his real estate side job, but we are kinda html illiterate, so if anyone know how I can go about setting up that page, I'd appreciate some insight.

    Colby,

You should also go to xel ha.

It is a water park built where the underwater springs and a river meet the ocean.

    Dolphins, dining, excellent adventure.
