No sense in letting him eat up valuable minutes. I don't want to look:eek: at him ANYMORE. I am simply disgusted, furious.....dadada. I'm tired of him, just do the city of Houston a favor and exile him to an island or something. Then maybe more fans will fill up the house.

I agree. Cato has to be the worst player in the history of basketball. Not just American or NBA basketball, but basketball worldwide. I bet some Afghani would school his ass!

Cut the biatch! Usually I would say that the guy is atleast big and we can use his six fouls. But if Rudy told him to foul he probably would not do it. After all fouling requires effort too!

Start Eddie at center, or even Langhi for crying out loud. Who here honestly thinks Langhi would be worse then Cato at center? Eddie needs playing time and the sooner we give it to him the better it will be in the long run.

Ive tried..... aparently people like Sane want to "give him a chance to prove himself." I say we give him 10 years and see if he can get more than 6 points 4 rebounds and .6 blocks a game!!! Wouldnt that be awesome??????

    CATO-NO-NUTS............ Please....... grow some!!!!!!!

    DD

PS Cato....... maybe this is YOUR year to lead the league in rebounding!!!!

I agree, why not waive him? Is his contract guaranteed? I just feel that if he is not going to play of perform, cut him lose. If for some reason the coaching staff still wants him, I doubt if anyone would claim him off waivers. Could the Rockets do the samething that the Lakers did with Brian Shaw?

Good question pecosbill, I was wondering the same. However, I'm not sure how his contract is structured other than the fact that he is the most overpaid person in America.

You know, Cato is the reason why we have to overpay these backups like Moochie. They all point to Cato's contract in negotiations and use it as some kind of a "well if he's getting X amount of dollars..." strategy.

Management has shown poor judgment by keeping him - it's always better to cut your losses short before they get worse.

It's about time someone said what I've been telling people for a long time(RocketsO3 too).

He takes up space while someone else could get out on the floor and show some hustle and have a positive impact. Plus how would morale be when there is a Cato out there getting paid and playing or not playing the way he does.

    Cut the fat lazy punk!

    Everybody: Cut Cato! Cut Cato!

Just to throw something out there: Dickey Simpkins was cut yesterday.

Simpkins or Cato? out of curiousity, anyone know where that big Nigerian guy that played at UT last year is?

    yah what ever.

Lets play 7-8 mill for 4 or 5 years to a player that's not on the team anymore.

waiving or cutting a player does not wipe away the contract.

At the very least, trade Cato for crap contracts(like Ward) that expire sooner. Cutting a player like that would be no big deal. Cutting Cato would be a mistake, just as signing him was.

teeloo, if you want to embarrass R0ckets03, just keep reminding him about his first post this season....

Bench Cato-> activate jason collier. At least Collier can pop the 15 foot jumpers. He may get pushed around, but he can score 8 points off the bench.

How about this. Since Les is overpaying this bum, I have an idea for Les to make back some cash, plus give the fans way to vent.

Before and after each practive and game, fans pay one buck per insult. Thats right, a booth were Cato must sit and endure hours and hours of offensive, abusive insults.

So if you want to call him a fat, lazy, sorry pathethic excuse of a human being. That his right to appropriate should immediately be stopped, his ying yang cut, and his incompetent azzz banished from society- well it might cost you $7-$8. Maybe weekends Les could offer 5 insults for the price of $3.

Anyways, Im not in favour of cutting him, but would like to find ways to embarrass him. Might suck for Cato, but hows that for morale???:D
