I'm looking to buy some high-quality winter clothes for a cheap price online.

All I'm looking for are some snow-boots, thermals, scarf, and ear muffs. I already have a damn good jacket I got from Burlington Coat Factory in Houston.

Is there anything else I'll need to prepare myself for some negative degree weather? I've never experienced extreme cold for a long period of time.

It's usually pretty good. I've ordered shorts, shirts, etc off there before. The only deal is, it might be cheaper, but you can never quite tell on the size. Even if you've said you want "XXX" waist size, etc... sometimes it comes in and it's either a generous size for that waist size, or it's a tight fit for that waist size.

Pretty much why I bite the bullet and just buy things in stores or at places like Burlington Coat Factory.

I'd add too, that eBay would be really good if you found the exact shirt in a store and then looked it up on eBay. Aside from that, it's a roll of the dice sometimes if it'll fit, etc. Then again, that's what trying stuff on in the store's for too.

LL Bean is an American Icon. Great quality, even if everything isn't made in the U.S. anymore. Their hunting boots are still made in Maine.

I suggest you go here. http://www.sierratradingpost.com/

They carry overstocks from top quality makers like Barbour, Filson, Arc'Teryx, etcetera.

Thanks so much. I just bought boots, thermals, socks, and a scarf for $52. My brother's boots cost $120 alone
