But blood testing doesn't actually prove anything. you'd have to have their blood sample before they injected and then get a sample right after they inject, something that's pretty much impossible. The only thing we can do is take blood samples, store them, and hopefully get a good test down the line and then retroactively check all of them.

Yeah there's actually no way to distinguish HGH from natural hormone levels so the only testing that can be done is to measure for large leaps in testosterone levels, that can only be done immediately after injection and provided you have a sample right before the injection.
