Rather than waiting til the last minute, I thought I'd touch base about getting this going again. BobFinn isn't going to participate this year, meaning the costs ~$80 will fall onto all of the managers. I'd like to have 16 teams so that we can have 4 divisions with 4 teams each and hopefully promote more trading. That comes out to ~5 each.
