I agree with those people in favor of being able to pick anytime before the game you pick starts. Thursday games really mess with having to get picks in, I know I don't really start thinking football till Friday most weeks. It's also not like there is any advantage to picking Friday or Saturday, in fact it's a disadvantage if you forget about the Thursday game since that's one less option. Of course if you want to pick the Thursday game that's fine, you just need to get the post in. With that said, Seattle is my pick.

Yes I made an exception because it is the first week. There are just some problems that can arise if the Thursday game is neglected, maybe not so early in the season but later on it could.
