    Doesn't this defeat your argument since Bumfights isn't bothering to see if they are mentally ill or not. In this case then they could have had mentally ill fight and were negligent in not bothering to see if that was the situation.

    of course bums aren't going to form a union, i'm just trying to show why they aren't going to get anything in terms of a pension or retirement care.

    homelessness is a problem, but being homeless doesn't afford someone a special class. That's all I am saying. I do feel sympathy for those homeless people who are mentally ill, but not for the guys in this video. There's nothing stopping them from working if they can fight on camera.

    Does boxing have to screen for mental illness?

    I don't think you can ask a business that isn't making a lot of money to hire a psychologist to check the people it employs. It's one thing to make sure a pilot is of mentally sound - because not doing that can harm people. But mental illness hasn't come up as an issue here. None of the bums used were claiming mental illness or thought to be so.

    They are just lazy bums.
