The objective of the game is to score more than the other team. End of story. We didn't score more pts than Utah. Sometimes you gotta let the other team's main player have his pts. Then ya gotta stop the rest of them. They should have had matchup problems against Yao and T-Mac too. But, they outscored us from the other positions plain and simple.

Up till this point in the offseason, an A- is a respectable and reasonable grade. While rafer alston's future with the rockets is still up in the air and also we don't know how the rockets are going to perform under new coach rick adelman, these are some questions that have yet to be answered. Nevertheless, i do see the rockets as a much improved team than last year.
We have added experience, depth and a PF to our lineup over the summer. And i do feel that DM will make a couple more moves before we play the Lakers on opening night of the regular season.

Check out picture of Scola holding up his new Rockets jersey. It's posted on the home page of SI as lead for this article.

That's an interesting point. We might as well put a wing player since he just camps out at the 3 point line and he can't really take you off the dribble. Kirilenko prefers working inside and is a low % 3 point shooter.

By the way, the color analyst for the FIBA tournament kept saying that Scola was 6'10" 250 pounds and Scola looked like he was as tall as Amare and definitely taller than Lebron and Carmello and a little shorter than Dwight Howard.
