    Sane,

That has been on RealGm's website for the longest time. Do we really have to go through another year of "Cato sucks!!!!!!" "Give Cato til the All-Star break" before you realize that he just flat-out doesn't have the heart to be competitive like we expect out of him for 82 games? It's hard to get the Most Improved Player award (I think we all know that isn't likely now with the inspired play of Penny and Kerry Kittles) getting two rebounds in 18 minutes of play. Or, prime example, last game with Dallas. Six minutes with four points and two rebounds IN A BLOWOUT!!! Come on guys, put your egos to the side as well as your halfass wanna be bold predictions and save some face. Kelvin does not fit into our scheme. Some of our players work hard, MOST of our players are gym rats. What part of this equation isn't clear?

The part where Cato was bashed too early and it shattered his confidence. God forbid anyone realizes it and shuts up.

Everyone said Cato sucks when the guy was coming of injuried EVERYTIME he played.

They're not bold predictions, he's gonna make it. Since we're not getting Shaq, I think we can afford to give him tilll the All-Star game.

Has it EVER occurred to you that when someone is being "bashed", that there is a reason for it? The reason Kelvin is being "bashed" and rightfully so, is because of his lack of dedication, (See our beloved Fran Blinebury article [I don't consider Fran reputable] when Kelvin talks about how Cuttino is a freak for working out so much). You see, to US maybe Cuttino is a freak for working out so much. In the NBA it's commonplace. Have you ever played ball before Sane? You don't get benched for being injured for two seasons. Rudy knows this. You get benched for ineffectiveness, poor work ethics, tardiness, etc. Kelvin does not fit in our scheme. His attitude won't allow him. It's a shame because we really need him. I've said over and over I hope I am wrong. It's unfortunate in this case that I am not. Nor is the vast majority of us who are continually making these same sentiments.

Your pride is unwavering Sane. Try looking at the big picture.

Exactly. The guy flat out sucks. Its time for the excuses to stop. Im sick of hearing..... "just wait" or "give him some time". Cato is a cancer to this team, and everyone and their mom knows that. I feel sorry for his teamates that have to put up with his sorrry ass on a daily basis. He does nothing for team morale whatsoever!!!

I'm not gonna get into an argument with you guys because most people on this board are skeptical rather than optimistic.

I just have one thing to say. If every single person in Houston didn't bash Kelvin Cato without mercy for every single mistake, we wouldn't be in this trouble.

BTW, injuries aren't excuses. They're very real.
