    Cartman is the funniest. (altough Randy and Butters are also very funny)

    Favorite is Stan

    1. Randy (loved the softball episode classic)
    2.Butters (the one where cartman puts butters you know what in his mouth is too funny)
    3. Jimmy (the episode where he's a crip cant beat that one)

    I'd go w/ Butters and Stan's Dad.

    Best character would probably be Cartman, since he's so integral in the SP universe.

    Once again I think all of South Park characters are hilarious. But when it comes to funniest catch phrases I'll have to rank them this way.
