phonix got better too, with adding grant hill, which isn't bad either. i don't think they will ever win a championship this era, cause the owner is trying to save money, and right now, they clearly just need more horse power. especialy when you don't know when nash is going to be on his declinee

san antonio is in good hands sadly. i'm just wishing, that gregs strategy turns old, and coaches notices their weekend. apparently no coaches had found out the past 10 years. duncan is gettin older, but parker is still young, and soon it'll be his team.

dallas hasn't done much in the offseason, and terry will be old soon, hopefully, the refs will stop fallin for flops from dirk and devin harris. their still a team to beat though.

memphis doesn't scare me at all. they need to just rebuild. trade gasol for picks and young potential player. right now, they have good young players, in rudy gay, hakim warrak, mike coloney.

New orleans is all potential right now. maybe in the same page as blazers. chris paul, tyson chandler, and david west is a good core. they just need to add little pieces and click together, and things shall be fine for them

lakers, warriors, are gonna battle for last spots. they'll still lose in 1st round

blazers and sonics are still nothin. they just need time.

clippers, are like last year memphis. big guy down. nothin they can do to fix that.

Phoenix will win the most this year, followed by Dallas(they decide going all out in the regular season doesn't matter and tone it down), and Houston and SA will be battling for the 3rd, from SA's point of view they will be resting again and waiting for the Playoffs, they will feel like they can beat any team.

Houston doesn't have that benefit, so it is imperative that we try and win a lot of games in the regular season, we will either be facing the Jazz or the Nuggets regardless, I am hoping that it's the Jazz because we have shown that we can take them, while we improved a lot, the Jazz stayed the same. Denver will be dangerous with AI/MELO/NENE/CAMBY having 1 season under their belt.

I don't fear Darko, Pau, Conley, Gay and Golden State is not the same spectacle that was so sexy in the playoffs without J Rich. The Jazz, Mavs and Suns are teams that I say give us the most trouble, or at least the ones I fear the most. I think we have Spurball down better than they do. You can accuse me here of overhyping Scola, but he really will be the long-needed sidekick to Yao.

What the hell how about solid predictions. Book it, or something.

    West

    1) Suns - will probably always outrun us as long as nash is at the helm
    2) Rockets
    3) Mavs - a threat, but they did little to improve and have certainly lost their swagger. being quicker will make us a better matchup vs them than in the past.
    4) Jazz - young and streaky. losing fisher will hurt, and i suspect memo and ak47 wont be consistent. always fear deron though after what he did to us.
    5) Spurs - OVERRATED
    6) Lakers - Kobe and company will always find a way in
    7) Nuggets - probably to most forward talent in the league
    8) Hornets - chandler, paul, peja are a solid 3. they have good bench players as well, but the obligatory **IF THEY STAY HEALTHY** is necessary
    ------------
    9) Clippers
    10) Warriors
    11) Blazers
    12) Kings
    13) Sonics
    14) Grizzlies
    15) Wolves
