First Texans game I'll actually be in attendance for (this year...). Can't wait! Eat s*** and die, Romo!
I'm a fan of both teams. I want ZERO injuries. I want a good competitive game from both teams. The Cowboys 1st team has looked sharp and the running game has been rolling. It will be a test for the Texans D. I want Matt to look sharp running the Texans O. I want Mario to show up in the stat sheet and give me hope. I don't care who wins I hope it's a good game. I have a 15lb brisket and 3 racks of ribs to put on the smoker saturday. Gotta get myself into regular season form.
Things I want to see: 1. At least some pressure by the starting DL. The Cowboys OL is very good and will be a great test to see where we're at. 2. Solid running game. It was better last week but like #1, this will be a good test for Green/Dayne/Lundy.
I still think it is funny that Cowboy fans think they have any shot at winning the super bowl this year. Yes they are better than the Texans, but not by that much. Is 9 wins in the NFC really that much better than 6 wins the AFC? I think not.
Really? I want the Texans to win, Oklahoma's team to lose, and it to be a beat down. I don't care if it's preseason.
Well if you read the beginning of his post, he says he is a fan of both teams. Is that physically possible? I don't think the laws of physics would even allow that.
WHOAHHHH. Easy there. I was an Oilers and Cowboys fan growing up (70s). The Oilers left. The Texans are here now. I've owned season tickets to the Texans, Oilers and Cowboys. I got to go to the superbowl when the Cowboys beat the Bills (92-93) for the bills 4th superbowl loss. I hate bud and the Titans. I love the Rockets and Astros. I respect the Spurs and I'm in different about the Rangers. I hate the Mavericks... and I wouldn't pee on Karla Malone if he was on fire.
Also a fan of both teams but when they face each other got to pull for the Texans to win. Reminds me of an episode of King of the Hill - DALE: I guess if we root for the Texans, it wouldn't mean we'd have to root against the Cowboys. HANK: Well, they are in different conferences, so it would only be a problem if they played in the Super Bowl... An all-Texas Super Bowl... Thy will be done.
