[Email] Is this real? Telemarketing calling cell phones?

    I've gotten 2 or 3 within the past 18 months or so....all have been charities wanting donations.

    As a general rule, any chain email that has lots of ">>>>>" in it is pretty much always a scam of some kind.

    I think the best bet to aviod telemarketers is to never ever give out your cell to anyone. Especially those "Sign up to win......" ect. contest or anything that allows to sign up and give out your information.
