    I would have to say that my guilty pleasure is "Hogan Knows Best" on VH1.

    Half of everything they do seems staged but I just can't keep myself from watching it...

    -All the crappy VH1 shows on Sunday/Monday nights (Rock of Love, Pickup Artist, Man Band, Flavor of Love, I Love NY, Rock Life, Surreal Life). I will not watch Hogan Knows Best or the Scott Baio show, though. I have my limits.

    -Top Chef

    - Flip This House, Sell This House, Burn This House etc.

    -Big Brother (only because of Jen)

    -Wife Swap

    -The Nanny

    Wow, some of shows ya'll consider guilty pleasures, I think of as just good tv and there is nothing embarrising about them..

    Anthony Bourdain and Tom Colicchio are total badasses in my book and their shows are badass as well..

    Making the Band 4 was a pretty big guilty pleasure of mine. I actually sat through the complete marathon and final episode. :(

    Sponge Bob, which may not be a guilty pleasure. Rosanne is a good choice, i also will watch a Rosanne episode flpping through channels. You may hate her but she was and still is pretty funny.

    sometimes when i'm in a sad mood i will tune into Sweet 16 on MTV. within minutes, my blood starts to boil as i want to cooter punch everyone of those morans through my television. then i'll shut off the tv and slowly return to a happy medium.
