That definitely is a bargain, when thats the cost toward a individual child compared to an at-home individual child.

You'd think the more kids someone already has the more the percentages would have to come down. McGrady already has kids of his own and is rich enough to where 20-25% COMBINED can go toward his kids AND wife. Shawn Kemp can't pay 20% to each of his baker's dozen of kids, there's just no way.

Anyways this case is in Florida, where the courts ordered a man to back-pay 15 years worth of child support for a kid that WASNT even his that he'd never seen before, who's mother was someone he stopped seeing in 1990.... Don't think they'll be all that leniant on McGrady here

My view on this:
It is a blessing to have a child than HIV as an outcome of unprotected XXX. Or Rox has to wait another year or more to recover.
Just do it and just pay it. No free XXX.

There's only 2 types of people involved in these type of scenarios, man and woman. Man gets called out for his infidelity and "not stepping up", but the woman who party ENABLED the whole thing gets not a bit of critique her way. In fact she's the damsel in distress, automatically.

Why is it built-in belief that women in 2007 are still so in over their heads, have no capacity to think ahead and they need all this protection and "support"? Equality to me means lessened double standards...so why do women still get the benefit of the doubt and the double standards? This is a THIRTY FIVE year old woman here, not some young unknowing teenager.

I don't get the point of them trying to hide a child out of wedlock when his daughter and son with Clarenda were born out of wedlock as well. Handle your business, you weren't breaking any contracts so why the shame?

And some of you need to remember he wasn't married, so all this inconsistency crap and bringing up comments regarding Kobe's rape situation isn't accurate at all. Words like infidelity don't apply.

With so much to lose I don't see how anyone with an ounce of common sense could put themselves in danger disease wise and go raw into a gold digger.

From his daughter's standpoint, I think Pearl Vega did correct thing. It is responbility for any mother to strive for good living environment to their children. This girl probably will hate T-mac when she grows up.

In fact, I don't understand why Tmac couldn't offer better living environment to this daughter.

 

When you're making 20 mill a year, there's nothing you can pamper your kid with that would make you spend 20-25 percent of your gross salary on them. Sorry, but that money would be going straight to the mom's Yacht Fund. Think about this: the woman's 35, T-Mac is still 28. He made a mistake, but thankfully he's got lawyers for that, and in this case the lawyers will actually be fighting on the just side.

As Chris Rock said, and I paraphrase: "Maybe your kid would get better grades if you taught him more words than, 'Mommy be back'."
