I always have toast and coffee (weekdays anyway). Lately, I've been having some peach pie my wife's baked. So much better than pie you can buy.
Silk Unsweetened Soymilk + Fiber One (300 calories and about a week supply of fiber ) and optionally on the side two Foster Farms Turkey Italian-style Meatballs (100 calories, 10g protien, 5g fat).

Maybe some day, some of you will eat breakfast and realize what an important meal it is. Try this diet for a month and do cardio 3 days a week. Wakeup - Cereal 2-3 hours later - snack - banana 2-3 hours later - lunch - sandwich, 4oz cottage cheese, pear 2-3 hours later - snack - peach 2-3 hours later - snack - a few cookies 2-3 hours later - dinner - Just make it close to serving size 2-3 hours later - snack - bag of popcorn That's right. You will eat 7 times. Your metabolism never stops. Try to burn between 200 and 400 calories in the cardio and don't kill yourself. After 1 month, get on a modest weight training program. This is what I have been doing for sometime and it works for me. You wouldn't even recognize me from a year ago. Trust me.
Usually a banana. Sometimes I have a cip of decaf coffee......but not every morning. If we have no bananas (b-a-n-a-n-a-s as Gwen would say), then I have a Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Nut Bar or a Nutri-Grain bar.
Well, I woke up Sunday morning With no way to hold my head that didn't hurt. And the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad, So I had one more for dessert.
