thats probably not from a spider bite, that is furuncle (infection of the hair follicle). He should have had it properly incised and drained with packing of antibiotics. The white stuff is pus
Probably. Its possible that he was bitten by a "spider", but 95% of the time its a staph infection. Plus a spider bite would not cause that (even a brown recluse), it would have to be a spider bite with a overlying infection (i.e. an abscess as a result of trauma to the skin).
Pus is/are dead leukocytes (white blood cells) that have died fighting the infection. My cat got into a bad fight once and got a puncture wound from a fang that got massively infected probably 5 times as big as that guys cheek. Guess who had to drain it -- multiple times...
I saw that on Break.com and they have several other similar videos. I don't think it is a spider bite though.

That's a helluva woman that will record you draining the pus from a baseball sized zit on your face and later post it on You Tube.
1) This must be what Michael Moore has in mind when saying our healthcare system sucks, especially for those with no insurance. 2) He posted the question "I have a bump on my face, what should I do?" on a random basketball forum and this was the solution he was given.
1. Yes it sucks for those without insurance and I agree with universal coverage. But what this guy did is just dumb. I'm pretty sure the guy could have worked out a payment plan with any doctor to adequately treat this and avoid causing a huge scar on his face. I bet he didn't even call a physician prior to doing his "home surgery". 2. I hope it wasn't clutchfans.com that gave him that advice!!
OH HELL NO!!! I'm about to be a father again (4th child) and this pales in comparison to childbirth in person.. Also if that was a insect bite it became like that not because of the spider but because it became infected and left untreated.. He should of taken antibiotics!!! Also this looks exactly like a staph infection lesions on the legs....And DAMN those b****es hurt...
How long does it take for something like that to get that big? I would done something way before then
