Well damn I guess I said it kinda wrong. I am not happy Damon has tendinitis. I used to have it and its not something I would wish upon anyone. But I am happy the Rockets get to play the Blazers without Damon. He always kills us.
I'd rather the rawkets get a win with Damon on the floor. you are a bad, bad person R3. and N64 sucks.
I'd rather the Rockets get a win, which would be much easier with Damon out. And N64 Rules man! GAME CUBE IN A FEW DAYS! WOO HOO!
quality AND quantity rool dude. Rockets need to overcome challenges. Are you going to get any launch games?
Well I am getting Luigis Mansion for sure. So I need the system, couple of extra controllers, memory card, Luigis Mansion and maybe Waverace (or whatever that game is called). I saw a commercial for Halo and it looks awesome! Making me think about picking up an XBox as well, but probably wont be able to afford both in one week. I picked up GT3 and Grand Auto Theft for PS2 last week and I am thinking I have spent enough money on video games already. Anyways besides a Rockets championships the happiest upcoming day of my life will be when Zelda, Mario Kart and Metroid come out for GameCube. I am going to beat down anyone and everyone who challenges me at Mario Kart!
just on a side note, Damon is not hurt. He is being put on the IR because he is on the trading block BIGTIME... Portland is starting Wells, Anderson and Pippen (point Forward) and have no place for Damon or playing time. Rumor is they are trying to package him and Dale Davis. Regardless, Stevie on old man Pippen should be fun to watch for us Rockets fans as well as any foot doctor out there looking for customers with broken ankles!
ESPN Insider teaser: Will the Knicks trade for Stoudamire? Too bad I'm not a subscriber. Can anybody fill in the details? Can't imagine the Knicks would want another point guard at this point. If it's Stoudamire + Dale Davis, the Knicks will have to lose Spree.
Insider is thinking of this deal: Sprewell, Marcus Camby and Charlie Ward for Stoudamire, Dale Davis and Bonzi Wells. They forget to mention why they think NY would consider giving up their best player and not get anyone of similar quality in the deal. It also doesn't help their big-man crisis since they'll give up one to pick up a different one. Also, the article says that Damon's tendonitis flared up.
I remember a few years ago Pat Riley once said that the ideal team would be a collection of multi-faceted, multi-skilled, multi-position 6'8"-6'10" players. So what do you call a team of PGs, The Knicks? But seriously, there has to be a 3rd team involved for this deal to happen. And the one name I'm having a problem with is Wells, not Sprewell. He's becoming Portland's best player. Don't you just love basketball season?
