I just finished watching the documentary 'Air Guitar Nation.' It's about the annual Air Guitar championship held every year in Finland, and this documentary features the first contestants from the United States. I was hesitant to watch it at first - it sat around for about a week before I finally popped it in the DVD player - but it turned out to be one of the most entertaining documentaries I've seen. It's all so silly, but you end up forgetting about the silliness while you're watching it. I don't know if the existence of this documentary is common knowledge, so I thought I'd bring it up. If you get a chance to see it, then do so! IMDB
They have judges who score it like figure skating or something. My face actually hurts - I think I smiled for the entire movie.
Sounds interesting. I like watching ridiculous segments on tv about some paper rock scissors competition or something like this. Not sure if it's worth going out and renting or buying though. Every time I see a documentary I think to myself, what would Michael Moore do with this documentary?
Oh, this one is definitely worth watching. I downloaded it, so if that's your thing, have at it. If not - well, all I can say is that I was very entertained the entire time and it was an enjoyable movie.
