Those are not MY photos. They are from the "notorious" sina.com website that most posters here despised and not trusted. Out of my love for the Yao Ming and the Rockets, and as a good netizen of Clutchfan site, I've downloaded, cut and paste, and posted them here to share them with you guys.
I would like to say one thing. We saw Glen Davis. Glen Davis is huge. Not chubby. Swoll, imposing, frightening. He got in shape. These short sentences are a result of astonishment.
Where are the Vida pictures Also anyone know the attendence results, from the pictures it looks pretty spread out.
Yea TMAC signed next to nothing BUT....before the championship game at field one, near right field along the fence...he signed things over the fence. Of course there was a huge crowd and only about 40 ppl were lucky...I was one of em. DEF worth standing/waiting for 2 hours and a ten dollar ticket
I played 2nd base and batted clean up behind Tmac on his team yesterday. Everybody NBA player there was super cool and signed stuff, except Sam Cassell, he didnt sign anything and we were VIPs, I thought that was uncool. Aaron Brooks played on our team as well, and he was very down to earth and very talkative, said he loves Houston so far. I told Jermaine O'neal that he looks good in Rocket Red, and he said, "yeah I like it too, we'll see what happens next summer." Told Stevie Franchise it was good to have him back and he was very appreciative and said he never dreamed he would be back and said big things are gonna happen. Mike James was said he was glad to be back, and Chuck Hayes and John Lucas were also very nice, but Sam was only one who didn't sign, Tmac even signed a shoe, jersey, and card for me for no problem. We should have kept playing but the refs sucked and we got eliminated. I hit a walk off Homer to win it, then we found out weren't supposed to be home team or something and got the loss, but definately a homer in my book. I got to play by winning a contest on 97.9 the box but other guys on team were his financial advisors and entourage. Very cool people, and took a pic with vida, I'll put it up in a second.

She was wearing a big jersey, so it covered her assets but the front was unbuttoned and just had a white shirt, and me being 6 ft tall, u know I snuck a peek. Amazing!
Smart thinking. My mouth's drooling imagining that line-up, but the chances don't look good as he's making 19.7, 21, and 23 million the next three years. Our own payroll in turn looks to be around 70-71mill this year, which would put us around 3mill over the luxury tax. Although Les was willing to potentially exceed that this year to bring in Francis (and give Morey a decent honeymoon period), he might not want to stay over the tax too many years. Next year sans the Bonzi, Sura, Lucas, and Novak contracts we'll start off at 64-65mill with a luxury tax of around 70mill. But there's no real salary combo we could offer that would even approach getting to O'Neal's 21; and we would need to have some pieces Indiana would like to possess.
She looks familiar because she is the SAME girl/woman that Chuck Hayes took to every of Rockets' occasion....like the Tux and Tennies charity gala.... I think she is either Chuck's wife or his steady GF who gave birth to their son a few months earlier. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/bk/bkn/4737191.html
no I meant she looks familiar from somewhere else (not related to the rockets or any of their events)
haha, i also told jermaine oneal to come to houston... he said "we'll see what happens after i opt out."
He can indeed opt out of his contract after the 2007-2008 season, but he'd be turning his back on 44 million. I'm sorry but the only way I see this happening is if he plays his butt off next year and feels he can find an even better contract, preferably from a contending team. Examples of players turning down humongous wads of cash for a chance to win it all are none and none between: Barkley was already in the tail end of his career when he played for the vet's minimum, and Francis just pocketed 32 million dollars last month and didn't really stand to make that much more in the open market than what he got from us anyways. Jermaine may love the city and his friends on the Rockets a bunch, but his agent, his family, and that little voice in the back of his head will win out in the end.
That is funny, A lot of kids kept asking who I played for and one of Tmacs entourage told them I was an R&B singer, Bobby Light. I was way bigger then aaron brooks, it was hard to imagine him as a basketball player, but know the guys has skills, not to mention a pretty good 3rd basemen. Yeah I dunno if J"neal is gonna turn down 44 mil, but couldn't pass up to ask him since he was wearing a rockets jersey. And Big Baby Davis is a beast, I would like to seen him in Rockets Red cause he was biggest guy there, and Franchise was lot bigger then I remember him, and Vida ain't ovverated at one bit, Aaron Brooks was hesitant to go get a pic with her. I told him, u an NBA player, u can do anything u want.
