    Morey was interviewed by Sina after a break in the T-Mac's annually Hayes electric shocking lab:

    On the returning of SF:
    I am very happy about his return. This move will bring more happiness to fans, in addition, his skills and personality will help the team. He will improve the chemistry of the team. T-Mac is a little shy and prefer to be alone, but SF is outgoing and can get along with players well.

    On the rumored Alston trade:
    Alston is a great contributor of the team and executes orders well. However our current situation requires players fit our needs more. Alston is the best trade assert we have. We are considering a trade, we hope we can find a good home and destination for Alston, we need to be fair on him. Anything can happen, but this is not the best time to talk about when and where he will go.

    On JVG's departure:
    I feel it is wise to replace him with Alderman. It is unfair to say JVG is not working hard, but his stubbornness hurt some players and caused some disastrous results. I believe the new season is a season that every player plays with max effort.

    I don't trust this interview at all. Morey wouldn't publically slam JVG like that, and he told Feigen in a recent interview that he didn't see any immediate need to trade Rafer. And why would he do a complete 180 when talking to the Chinese media?

    Straight on with it about McGrady being a shy guy and Van Gundy being a stubborn. I hope this new Alderman person gets things going in the right direction

    Don't jump to conclusion. Like someone has said, what Morey's has said was translated to a foreign language and then translated back to English by unprofessional translators. Anything can look fake under that scenario.

    Where was Daryl Morey? I walked around all over the place and thought I saw everyone for the most part. I didn't see he nor his family.

    sjiang78 made a mistake. Morey didn't say anything regarding JVG's depature. According to the chinese article. It was the Rockets media officer who said those things.

    Is the Chinese media really full of you know what or do things get this badly screwed up through the double translation?

    That was so bad it should not have ever been posted. It's getting to point where it is so ridiculous it adds nothing but confusion and fuel for arguments on this forum.
