5-0. Adelman has totally dismantled the Jazz. Bonzi takes care of the Spurs. Dirk will have flashbacks of getting knocked out of the playoffs with the best record in history. Lakers and Blazers are scrubby.
5-0, the best thing going for us is our new coach and our players are very hungry for a championship.
Oct 30 at Lakers............W Nov 1 at Jazz...............L Nov 3 vs Portland..........W Nov 5 at Mavs.............L Nov 6 vs Spurs............W 3-2.
I think the first month will be real tough because a lot of the guys are going to redefine their roles on this team. That's including Yao (more of a passer, Tracy (more of a finisher), and Francis (his role will completely change). That's not even including finding a way to fit in Scola, Bonzi, and the rest of the guys.
Oct 30 at Lakers- Win Nov 1 at Jazz- Loss Nov 3 vs Portland- Win Nov 5 at Mavs- Loss Nov 6 vs Spurs- Win I think the Rockets will go 3-2, maybe 4-1 if they can win in Utah. I don't think they will win in Dallas though.
right now i am planning to attend the lakers game, portland, dallas and spurs so we should win those... and i think tmac and yao will have utah fresh in their minds to exact some slight revenge so i am gonna go out on a limb and say 5-0
I would love Rockets to win the first 5 games (and not only) but I see Rockets winnin' 4 of their 5 games. Rockets - Lakers : Of course a win (about 9-10 points). Kobe Bryant won't be a big deal cause Houston will destroy them offensivly. T-Mac beats Kobe too. Rockets - Jazz: So important game. For Houston new coach, new players, Tracy and Yao healthly and in shape = win! Rockets - Blazers : The third, easier win. Oden will want to show Yao how good he is but Yao will send him to the school. Rockets - Dallas: Just great game to see. We all know what Dallas can do but this time my winners are Rockets but a very close and nervous game. Rockets - Spurs: Well the fuc*in' NBA Champions. Not a bad game for the Rockets, especially Tracy but s win for San Antonio.
This is a little off topic but does anyone think Memphis will make the playoffs this year? I think they could be the GS of this year and sneak up on people. They have a good and deep lineup. I'm kinda scared of them frankly as a rockets fan because of their youth and athleticism. I don't think they'll catch the Texas triumvrate just yet but they will come close in the Southwest division. They might have improved more than the Rockets this offseason. Memphis pg: Kyle Lowery/ Mike Conley/ Mighty Mouse sg: Mike Miller/ Juan Carlos Navarro/Casey Jacobsen sf: Rudy Gay/ T Kinsey pf; Pau Gasol/ Hakim Warrick C: Darko/ Stro Show They have alot of shooting fomr the sg postion and tons of athletism at all the other positions. Just something to think about. Remember guys, you heard it hear first.
