link: http://www.nba.com/news/schedule_index_070802.html The Rockets have a total of 13 games broadcast on ESPN and TNT, including an opening game October 30th vs. Lakers. While some teams with the most national tv appearance include: Bulls, Lakers, Heat, Suns, Cavs, Mavs, etc. October cannot come any sooner...
All I can say is UGH... 1st half is going to be tough, 2nd half not so bad. I don't know if that's a good thing or not. One could certainly argue it either way.
suns and mavs are the only teams that i would schedule in my top 10 (by number of nat'l tv appearances) of those 6 listed teams
Ugh, I remember the first year Tmac was here, we had like 24 nationally televised games, and that was one of the top 3 teams with most games televised. How things have changed. Not like I give a damn coz I use SOPCAST now, hehe.
13 games for the Rockets compared to only 10 for the Celtics. Sounds good to me. But then again the Suns have 23... so...
I want to see Kobe get traded, so the Lakers' numerous national appearances become virtually irrelevant, although it is quite an important franchise. And I bet the national games were scheduled moreso before the Garnett trade. Look for them to add on to that number for the Celtics.
Hmph what so special about Lakers? They have name and they have Kobe ...Don't worry, when we win some games we'll be in top just like Suns.
