Don't bother using another email. Oink tracks your IP and you'd only cost another person his invites.
Much appreciated Pimp man. Just started downloading some stuff and it downloads real quick, like averaging over 150kb/s in Azureus, but once the torrents are finished the suckers just won't upload. Is this normal behaviour? I know there is nothing wrong with my setup, cause I have seeded heaps of other stuff from different trackers and get great ratios (like over 10:1). And I know there are others trying to get the download, cause there's quite a few peers. So what gives? Does it start to upload torrents after you reach some certain threshold? Cause I have left he torrents seeding all day and have a ratio of about 0.035 or less for the 6 or so torrents I have downloaded from Oink.

Yes, thats normal behavior on Oink, its a site full of seeders, thats what makes it so great. I originally got my ratio up with a 20GB rosetta stone download, it took about 4 months to get up to 1.0, but once you are there, its cake to keep it.
Not Torrent related, but... A buddy of mine told me about a great movie site: movierush.org Problem is I'm unable to access it at home on two separate computers. The page load times out on both of them. I went to the same page at work and was able to get in and register without a problem. Obviously I'm not going to download movies at work, so I'm pissed I can't get the site to load at home. Any of you know what causes that? Could it be a Comcast thing?
I got my ratio from .305 to 1.158 in about a week. You just have to find newly released torrents that look like they're gonna be downloaded like crazy.
Hooollly Crap. The Common album from Oink downloaded in 2 minutes... I was trying another one from another site which is at couple of hours. 560kB/s!!! Thats like a record on my computer. Is this because of all the ratio stuff?
It's because of the large amount of seeders on Oink. That's an album a lot of poeple jumped on. And you'd better seed it back. I need atleast one MF'er here make me look good for invitin' 'em.
