They just acquired 5 players in the KG trade - 4 of them under 22. Jefferson, Green and Gomes are going to be pretty good. Theo has some hops, but is old and on his way out. Telfair is starting to look like a bust. They could have a starting lineup of: C: Theo Ratliff / Mark Blount F: Al Jefferson F: Ryan Gomes / Corey Brewer G: Ricky Davis / Gerald Green G: Randy Foye / Marko Jaric Young and athletic. But I think the Rockets can handle it.
with the Suns, Mavs, Jazz, and Spurs out there...why in the world would anyone worry about the Twolves...? this thread should be called "is Minnesota going to be any competition to the U.S.?"
nWo, Dude, have you lost your mind?? What makes you think that the T-Wolves are competing for a playoff spot this coming season? The Blazers and hell even the Sonics may have better records than them this upcoming season. I would be more worried about the Jazz, Warriors, and Nuggets than the T-Wolves.
You think this trade made them immediately better? They were not .500 last season with Garnett. Jefferson and filler wont make them better.
will theo even play anymore? and if so i dont see him getting too excited about playing his last year for minny.
Your lineup omitted Noah and J-Howard to back up Jefferson. Gerald Green will be a warhorse that can run and gun.
The Celtics will be interesting (Pierce, Allen, and Garnett) wow. But we can worry about them in the finals. Timberwolves, who cares.
i forgot jho was with minnie. now i feel even worse for the guy after his only positive on the situation was playing with garnett.
