Now that it appears the Rocks could be headed for the playoffs you can pretty much forget about Morris or Martin. So I suggest the Rocks get Eddie House out of the Arizona St. The guy can light the "House" up. He put up 61 against Cal and was virtually unknown until 2 weeks ago. I've seen his highlights and the guy is a playa. He looks more athletic than Lamar Odom to me or just as athletic. I think he is going to be the hit of the draft though as his stock is on the rise and might actually make it into the lottery. If he doesn't though, that's who the Rocks need to get. Wati a minute, don't the Rocks have Orlando's pick and a possible Detroit pick also this year. Orlando sucks so we might just get lottery after all if this is true. Do we get Orlando's pick or not? I've heard conflicting reports so I'm not sure.

Yeah I also saw the highlights of him scoring 40 against some other team. But we need more information before we make a hasty decision like this.

Your right about that, but based on what I've seen I want this guy. Eddie could be rockin the "House" here in H-Town and it would be beautiful to see him pour in those Jordanesque numbers. Man, I'll still waitin for Steve to go for 45 or 50. I know he is capable and I can't wait for that night. I always loved it when Dream had nights like that. Remember that one time back in the day when Dream and Clyde both went for 40 in the same game. That was sweet a$$ sweet. I bet they accounted for 90% of the offense that game.

one problem. i think eddie is only 6'3", not sure. But if he is, that would give us a very short backcourt.,

    Actually he's only 6'1".
Maybe a good back-up for Steve?
I'd rather have Gee Gervin though.

I think hes a little shorter than that Outlaw...Maybe Im wrong. But what need do the Rox have for anymore guards?

Draft day means Fowards, or centers for the Rox

House is listed at 6'1" but that doesn't mean that's his real height. But if we could get him in the mid-to-late first round, Bryce Drew would be expendable. How is this for a stat line:
    24.4 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 3.1 apg, 45.6%fg, 88.3% ft, and 41.8% 3's.
I think he would make a great backup. And we could even use a small lineup with him, Francis, and Shandon.

Bye the way, I have seen him play against the UA Wildcats many times, and he always has good games against guys like Bibby and Terry.

I believe House is 6 1 as well (at least that is the height they referenced him out here in the papers). I have come to believe most guys like that (shorter shooting first type guards) don't do much in the pro's (e.g., Respert, Childress, both of who I thought would be good pro's). There are a few exceptions (Calvin, Isiah, Van Exel, Iverson), of course most of those guys learned to mainly play the point. House might turn out to be a fine pro, lighting up Cal (who is not without athletic defenders) for 61 points on the road is very impressive any way you look at it, but a smallish offensive minded guard is not really the ideal fit for us barring a trade or two.

Even more impressive that Eddie scoring 61 was that he only took 30 shots! He was 18 of 30 from the field and
    18-19 FT!!!!
We could really use this guy. Even though he doesn't get big assist numbers, I've seen him display a willingness and ability to pass the ball.
