I don't know if anybody has posted this but if you go to http://redraiders.com/special/tech-aggies/ there's video footage. When the goalposts are being brought into the stands you can see McKinney to the very right in a maroon long-sleve shirt and maroon cap. He pushes a Tech fan in a red shirt off of the railing and then attack a guy in a white shirt, trying to throw him over. Then people rush in from the right to help. There no way he can say he didn't act violently.
The sad thing is that McKinney wouldn't let a fellow Ag onto the stands as he cold cocked him with his flask errr binoculars. Do we really want a guy like this in office? At best, you could say it was the heat of the moment and he's deaf and color blind. At worst he's a liar and free swinger who could be charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
