I just looked at the team stat of king from 1998-2006...

And I made my judgment as follows:

PG: Francis + James (42 mins); Brooks (6 mins)
    SG: Francis + James (6mins); T-Mac (32mins); Head (10 mins)
SF: Battier (28 mins); T-Mac (6 mins); Wells (14 mins)
PF: Scola (30 mins); Hayes (12 mins); Battier (6 mins)
    C: Yao (34 mins); Hayes (6 mins); Butler + Deke (8mins)

    Note:
    1. Def specialist, Doug Christine, plays around 33-36 minutes/game.
    2. The Bibby-Jackson combination accounts for more than 48 minutes
    3. Their most important men usually play more than 38 mins (Webber, Bibby, Artest and Stojakovic all did that...)
    4. A skillful big man is always present in the line-up (B.Miller, C. Webb, V. Divac)
    5. A sharp shooter who knows how to create space can always earn minutes (from Stojakovic to K. Martins)

    Summary:
I have not watched Scola played, but I believed his passing is not bad after reading reports n reviews on him.

I guess either he or Yao has to be on the court.
Mike James and Stevie, both did not play well last year. So, it is still way to early to make a judgment on who is getting more minutes. The worst case turns out would be "both failed to rebounce" and Brooks will get more playing time. T-Mac might play part of pg and expect Wells/Synder to get more playing time.

Head might get much more minutes if he learns how to get a open look comfortably.
