I don't think all the potential starters are here yet. Morey will probably make more upgrades. He finally has the trading chits to do it too.

    This is getting fun.

If we are unfortunate with Yao and Tmac out, we still have a pretty good small lineup.

    Hayes, Bonzi, Battier, James, Francis

    McGrady/Francis/Head
    Battier/Wells/Snyder
    Scola/Hayes/Landry
    Yao/Butler/Mutombo

We have so much depth now!

the key thing is that Morey has addressed the fact that at the end of games, Tmac was the ONLY one who could create shots for others. Rafer was not enough of a threat on offense to create shots consistently!! Now he has brought in 2 players in , Brooks, James, and Francis who can create their own shots and for others as well. This will help us so much in qtrs , we can hold leads easier now! :) :)

    WOW!...just WOW!

From major holes to major talent in a matter of weeks...just WOW!

And trades still to come for future picks and or more talent

Next season is going to be fun

If the injury bug lands on us, we can just do the Jim Brown thing and tell it to..."Get off!" and keep winning.

This lineup would have James, Bonzi (assuming flake job #2 doesn't occur), and Hayes as primary backups. Deke and Butler at backup C as needed. Luther would be primary 3 pt specialist and Bozi insurance.

Brooks, Luther, Snyder, Novak, and Butler will be finishing games, hopefully.

Damn, this is going to be a fun season to see how it all develops. And to think we had Lucas and Head battling for time last year.

Rockets need Francis to start if Scola isn't a great rebounder.

Love it, but would like to see Novak in there instead of Landry. I think Adelman's system is a perfect fit for shooters like Novak and Head as well as athletic slashers like Snyder.

    James/Alston/Brooks
    McGrady/Francis/Head
    Battier/Wells/Snyder/Novak
    Scola/Hayes/
    Yao/Butler/Mutombo

    Landry = NBDL or EuroLeague

That's really the key right there. Francis really should be in with the Yao/Scola duo to give them help on the boards.

    Let's do this:

We start James, TMac, Battier, Scola, and Yao.

We send Rafer, Francis, Bonzi, Chucky, and Butler/Deke to the East to form the Houston 2 Colt .45's.

Then we can keep Landry, Novak, Head, JLIII, and all the others to fill the backup roles on both teams. In addition, we sign the greatest UT, Rice, and Houston grads not on teams currently to finish filling the rosters.

Then, we have both teams in the championship and we're gauranteed a championship banner.
