They have one price on their normal website, say $10.00 for something. When a customer goes into the store and sees it for $15.00 they mention that it's cheaper on the website. An employee then goes to the fake website that looks identical to the real one but has the higher price on it. It was basically a way for them to advertise stuff cheaper on their website than they would sell it for.

the same thing happened to me, but i dropped my 30GB ipod photo in a lake. thats way worse than what happened to you. DO NOT THROW IT OUT!!!!! give it a week or two, then plug it in to the power adapter. MAKE SURE ALL THE WATER IS DRIED/GONE. it worked for me. reasons why it should work for you 1. Yours is a nano, its flash memory isnt as susceptible to destruction as was the case with my 30 GB hard disc based ipod 2. you dropped in fresh water (right? please say yes...) IF YOU DROPPED IT INTO SALT WATER IT IS AS GOOD AS GONE!!!!!!

ps. **** best buy and their overpriced ****

It's numbnuts like this that ruin deals like the return policy at Costco for people that want to take advantage of it legitimately. They're also the same dips that cry when they get taken advantage of.
