probably zero effect on long term development. x really isn't that bad especially if you only use it once. just like any other drug it is abuse that damages you. if you check out that parentsbehavingbadly.com website you will see some stuff that is a lot worse.
you are severly underestimating the stupidity of people if you think no one would do such a thing. For christ sakes, a parent put his baby in the microwave not too long ago. for those thinking its fake...every done ex? seen people on it? Looks pretty dam legit from my point of view. Watch her jaw, look at her eyes. THe teenagers even say "she's rolling hard". The other girls looked like they were rolling too. And how about the passing of the baby in the background??? Can i get a hit off that baby?
in my "not so expert but definitely experienced" opinion, i completely agree that this little girl was definitely on x. you cant get a 2 year old to fake that ****. and i love me some baby hits.
it may be fake. but i have exp with stuff like this and the things to look for are all there. really freaky stuff.
I think it's fake after watching the video. The little girl in the 2nd half of the video would pop her eyes back to normal and do it again and start laffing at them. Also she started rubbing her eyes as if they were hurting. If she was on x usually she wouldn't care if they rolled back that hard. Kids do the dardnest things though. The only part that made me possibly think she was on it was when the one girl put the headphone up to her ear and also waved the ipod around her face as if to get a reaction. But right now I'm leaning towards the little girl being silly.
man some of these parents are messed up Man jailed for injecting two sons and daughter with heroin and cocaine by joelnet on July 3rd, 2007 Stephen Pickle was arrested for injecting his 12 year old and 16 year old boys with heroin and cocaine. He also admitted to injecting his daughter, but was not sentenced, since she was 18 at the time. He claims to have done this so his kids would know what it feels like. I think this is B.S. and just an excuse because he got caught. I think this man is just F’d in the head. Pickles lawyer claims he is “incredibly remorseful”. Seems like everyone is ashamed of what they’ve done after they’ve been caught and are facing jail time. As a result of his severe lapse of judgment, his son has contracted Hepatitis C, but I’m sure he’s “incredibly remorseful” for that as well. I hope this man lives a very very long time and I hope he does it all behind bars. http://www.parentsbehavingbadly.com...wo-sons-and-daughter-with-heroin-and-cocaine/
Yeah. I forgot to mention.... ... Don't spend too much time at that site. You'll only end up depressed, angry, bitter, and sad.
Someday you'll realize that thats seriously the least of that kid's problems. Did you hear about the toddler on X? Oh man, I wonder what that will do to her social status in 13 years?
No.... if the mother was in her 30's, she'd be a gen-x'er. No, this is a whole new generation of $hitty parenting.
So, how much does a jump to conclusions mat go for these days? http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/4964989.html CPS: No evidence toddler took Ecstasy Copyright 2007 Houston Chronicle Doctors examining a toddler who was teased by teens on a video for allegedly taking Ecstasy have found no evidence that the child was given the dangerous drug. Estella Olguin, spokeswoman for the Harris County Child Protective Services, said Thursday that physicians who examined the 2-year-old and her 8-month-old sister found no medical cause for concern. Olguin said the agency, however, is still debating whether to conduct a hair-follicle test on the infant to check if a drug may have been present in the child's system when the video was shot on June 22. The children are in the custody of a grandmother while the investigation continues.
If anyone gave a two year old X the words "really isn't that bad" are not appropriate. The child was 2 years old -- her brain and organs are still developing.
Unless I'm wrong all this is saying is there is nothing in the baby's system now -- not that there was nothing there a month ago.
given the video, i hardly think anyone was jumping to conclusion. and i hardly think this ends it. i have roughly no confidence in CPS, by the way.
CPS was only speaking on behalf of the doctors that examined the kid. The only crime committed here was a severe case of dumbassedness for posting this on the internet...and not having the kid in a car seat...
Wait..who is jumping to conclusions here, A-Train?? This is from the article you just posted: "Olguin said the agency, however, is still debating whether to conduct a hair-follicle test on the infant to check if a drug may have been present in the child's system when the video was shot on June 22." They did a medical exam that suggested the child didn't have X in her system. We have no idea, other than what see from the video, whether she had X in her system as of June 22.
