It is exposed only when he is on the free-throw line, but last week ESPN caught it on camera and went so far as to cite the NBA rule against bringing anything to the court that could hurt a player or an opponent. "They're trying to get me fined," Miller complained. "I've been doing it since high school. I've gotten hit in my mouth many times. I've never been hurt. It's no big deal. It's not like it ever went through my skin or anything like that. I've broken a few, but it's never hurt me. "I asked (the Rockets) if it's OK. They said, `If it's all right with you, it's all right with us.' " Glad they signed PIG!!
