I wouldn't call that a posterizing. Look at where Yi's feet are when he jumps. he's just barely in the paint. And he's trying to block a two-handed dunk that's coming from the other side of the hoop. That's a nearly impossible block, and I wouldn't call it a posterizing.

If Yi didn't get his hand caught in the net, that dunk probably gets blocked.

    stop making excuses for him.

(1)he got fake out like an imitation louis vutton bag
    (2)he got dunked on

this wouldn't happen to Tim Duncan or Kevin Garnett or Amare.
Defense = stops you from getting dunked on

all great shot blockers will get dunked on.

dikembe has been posterized many times. Dream has. ewing, robinson, shaq, eaton, have all been dunked on.

    It's nothing new.

I'd rather someone try to block the shot than step to the side like a wuss. Unfortunately ESPN has guys just stepping out of the way just so they don't end up on TV. The way I see it, if you block a dunk attempt only once out of 100, its still better than the guy who lets 100 dunks in. Of course, guys have egos and such so it would never happen.

I watched it. The dunk was sick. However, Yi held on his own.

Amare does not belong in the same sentence as KG or Duncan when it comes to defense. Amare plays very weak defense, and if someone goes up for a dunk he'll just walk aside and let them dunk.

Speaking of Duncan, he's been on the wrong end of several memorable posters....

I'm not making excuses, look at the clip and see for yourself. Yi caught his hand in the net, preventing him from blocking the shot, I'd say he was lucky to not hurt his finger.

I don't think its any secret that all China men don't care about getting blocked, they contest every dunk. Look at Yao, I'd rather have them contest a dunk then give a free pass anyday
