I thought his answers were quite mature.

 

Shard is a rocket legend rivaling only matt maloney.

 

It was about the money plain and simple. The part about winning by going to Orlando was comical.

 

why are there still threads about rashard going up? and why are they in the garm? he would have been a bad fit, he went for the money and who cares. the rox never had a chance to sign him and by the time his contract is up he will be at the end of his nba career.

 

I never bought a Rashard Sonics jersey but I'm buying me a Rashard Magic jersey

 

Nice interview. The kid definitely grew up and I can't blame him for running for the money. I was really impressed by the way he answered the questions. I'm definitely a fan of his now.

Speaking of Rashard... here's Fran Blinebury giving it to Clyde Drexler for thinking he can convince Rashard over breakfast to give up a ton of money to play for the Rockets.

 

He did a great job. I found it a little funny when he tried to compare playing with Mac-n-Ming to playing with Jameer Nelson and Dwight Howard. But I think he probably made the right decision for himself after all he owes us nothing. I wish him well and I kind of think we may have dodged a bullet by not paying him 15mil when the guy is 33 years old and at the end of his contract.

theres a good chance they could compete for an east title. the east sucks so much.

 

Almost everyone knew we didn't have the money to sign him, and he made a business decision, which is smart. I see no reason to put him down for that.
