Go ahead chew me out. However he is 2 to 3 inches taller than Landry, with a longer wingspan and he is also younger. Would love to see him atleast get one last summer invite before we label him trash.
to chime in before everyone makes fun of this thread. probably not man i dont think this guy is going to ever make it to the nba. last i heard he was demoted to a lesser league and wasnt averaging to much at all in points or rebounds. sorry
I just don't know what Malick has done the past couple of years to create the feelings of euphoria from some people on this board. From everything I have read, he really isn't much of a prospect and definently not even close to being an answer for the Rockets.
Here is his first invite. http://clutchfans.net/revue.cfm Here are a few stats from his 2nd invite. http://www.insidehoops.com/summer-league-minnesota.shtml I am sure he will get another invite this year.
He just participated in the German basketball league finals and lost to a team whose star was... .... Casey Jacobsen . In the decisive game, Badiane had 4 pts, 5 rebs, 1 blk in 15 min. Jacobsen had 15 pts, 3 rebs, 6 asts in 32 min.
Speaking of summer leagues past. Whatever became of Dion Glover? He was underrated. Better scorer and as good a defender as Snyder IMO.
He had an injury during camp if I remember right, and got a settlement from the Rockets? That'd be how I'd describe him also, a better scoring Snyder type. Yeeks, to think we had hopes for the likes of: Tito Maddux Juaquin Hawkins Moochie Norris Hollis Price and of course Bostjan Nachbar Badiane just isnt any good. Might as well look at Lior Eliyahu or undrafted free agents
