    Good question - from the article, it says this:

    "The charge alleges he conducted himself in a disorderly manner, simulated sex with a bicycle and continued to do so while naked from the waist down in the presence of two female employees."

    So, maybe it is indecent exposure in public??

    At any rate, you have to hand it to England, they, in my mind, are known for primarily 2 things:

    1) Great musical bands/artists (like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Jeff Beck, Genesis, ELP, Yes, Radiohead, etc.)

    2) Weirdos like this dude in this article - I mean is it any surprise that this case happened in England??
