I'm sure it'll be dismissed as most frivolous lawsuits are.

I'm going to sue Pringles for not warning me on how addictive it can be.

"Once you pop, you just can't stop" doesn't cut it!

Instead of suing about this Starburst, I should have put a gun to my head, like this, and pulled the trigger.

By the way, that was the 80's classic drama, "Beauty & the Beast," starring Linda Hamilton and Ron Pearlman.

Your signature reminds me of splitting the Starburst wrapper open and seeing the individual chews :D.

Anyone else thought this was about STARBUCKS like I thought?? :(

no, but then most of us can read...

I do like the idea of class action suits against ladies like this one do to the pain and suffering caused by the realization of how many stupid greedy money grubbing ugly people there are in the world.

The judge should award her a lifetime's supply of Starbursts, each with the wrapper saying, "If it's too hard to chew on this, then suck on it first you stupid greedy cow!"

I have litigation pending against Willy Wonka. Their Everlasting Gobbstopper has taken over my life. I keep sucking and sucking and it won't get any smaller. The labeling on the package does not indicate this. WTF?

You know, I really wonder where these white trash people come up with the money to pay attorneys to help them file such ridiculous trash. I'm guessing that they (the white trash) think they are going to win and they will pay their lawyer with some of the money they obtain in the settlement. Has to be what is done here because there can be no other way.

    Only $25,000?

I was thinking it would be more along the lines of $56 million, or something reasonable like that.

I am thinking of taking clutchfans to court........

I am spending too much time on here when I should be looking for a job.

I think I could sue for a few thousand for lost wages.

    $25K is pretty smart.

She's hoping they'll offer a 'go away' settlement....and then she gets a spending spree at Walmart, and Vinny the lawyer gets gas money for the caddy.

And Manny....no way she pays her lawyer up front. This is a contingency case. Lawyer gets % plus expenses.
