I watched the UCLA and UNC game and I was very impressed with Jerome Moiso. Man this guy just can flat out play. He probably won't come out this year, but if he does and we lose out on Martin, draft this guy. He's 6'11" long and athletic like Rogers, and can block, score, and rebound. This guy reminds me of Rogers, similar height, similar game. I'm sure we could use another Rogers. Gadzuric, Moiso's teammate, is a very fundamental center. He has a nice post up game and keeps banking his shots. But I would perfer Moiso becuase he is more athletic and more active. Haywood and Ed Cota were just disappointments. Haywood doesn't have a perimeter game, most of his pts all come from dunks or lay-ups. Plus Haywood doesn't dominate on offense, his backup is better than him. Cota is just a normal point guard that can stroke the 3. Should be mid to late first. Nothing truly special about him. Didn't dominate or anything. One guy that stood out on UNC was Forte. I don't really know much about him except I saw him diving for loose balls, very active and pressuring the dribbler, forcing turnovers, and scoring down in the paint.
Forte is a really great player. He is a Freshman and is playing so great for them. Jerome Moiso, He is good but ... I dont think he will be a lottery pick. I see him going late in the first round.
RF34: Thanks for the scouting. May I make a suggestion. Make one thread and do your scouting there for the rest of the year. That way we can read it all in one place. I like you CBS report thread. I'd like to just keep adding to that. BTW: I posted some questions there for you.
