    Nothing right now, Ted.

    I started this thread because of 2 reasons:

    1) It is easier to keep track of possible deals than if we keep posting in the other thread that already has 54 posts to it.

    2) This format was used in the haven sim baseball league. I felt that it was effective and you'll notice that most of the other fantasy leagues have their own thread for trade discussions.

    I want to see how my players do first before thinking about any trades. However, if I get an offer I can't refuse then that viewpoint might change.

    Those were both very interesting offers.

    Crow, On your offer....I felt the potential of what Kenyon may produce this year made up for the diff.between Francis and Garnett,so for me,it basically came down to Rahim for Davis and that was the sticking point.

    As far as the other deal.... Man I really can't stand Malone but it was a very tempting offer...however in a 3 for 2 deal,I would also have to give up someone on my roster to make it work.

    I am surprised that there has only been one trade made so far. Usually, there would have been 4 or 5 at this point.

    I'm thinking about it ,Crow.....but honestly I don't think I want to add another G and lose my best F in the process, I'm already G heavy and lacking in quality at foward.

    The positions should not matter since we score from ten active players regardless of positions. It should just come down to who you think will score the most fantasy points.

    I just put Patterson on the IR and picked up Tony Delk after my waiver request for Brent Barry was denied. Thanks DARO! Hardaway was benched last night after just 16 minutes after going 0-6 from the field. Delk is the primary back up to both Hardaway and Marbury so he should see plenty of minutes and he always produces as evidenced by his 46 fantasy points compiled last night in 33 minutes.

    I also picked up Scott Williams. I totally forgot about him when drafting or I would have selected him then. I somehow missed him on the add/drop list immediately after the draft also. He had 15 rebounds, 12 points, and 1 block last night and I will take those numbers any night of the week! DARO, why didn't you pick him up since he is playing in McDyess's spot right now?!? I had to waive Swift in order to get him but that wasn't too big of a loss as I learned today that Swift will not be the starting PF for Memphis. Gasol beat him out for the job. Members of the Grizzlies team say Swift needs to pick up his intensity and work harder to get prepared for the game.

    Two other candidates I considered as free agents were Torkoglu and Pollard. Both should contribute nice numbers in the absence of Webber.

    I am looking to move Stephon Marbury if anyone is interested. Obviously, I am looking for a star in return. Also available are Elton Brand and John Stockton along with lesser players to make a workable deal.
