Man what a game. Granted we didnt look that good, but a win is a win is win. First quarter me and a bunch of guys sitting besides me are riding Cato hard. He wouldnt hustle for rebounds that much. Got blocked by Theo on a weak ass move to the basket. Then he finally gets a reb and throws it away. My entire section was booing his butt hard.

I decided I would stop booing for a while and atleast give the man a chance to prove himself. And man did he do it in the second half. I think his stats would be even better if Rudy played him in the fourth quarter. Cato was hustling and the other Rockets were jumping all around him getting him riled up. Man I LOVED IT!

If Kelvin keeps on playing like this we are sure to do something this year. In the offseason I know I started some threads insulting Cato. But hey I made up for it today. I even yelled "I love u Cato" late in the game. Me and my friend tried to start a rally "Cato Cato" :D Overall Cato had won the entire section over by the end of the game.

I know this is only one game into the season and I might have gotten just a little bit carried away by yelling out my love for Cato, but who cares!

I am exited and I think we can do something once we get the chemistry together. Rice hopefully will get better as the season progresses. I cant say enough about KTs defense late in the game. Steve was playing in your face defense as well. I am pumped up after this game!

Don't apolgize to a guy getting 7 mil per! he did what he was suppose to do from jumstreet. I'm glad he showed us he had a pulse, but what he did was expected from everyone.

You cheering for Cato? That's like me cheering for Moochie (who sucked as usual).

    Hehee..

Anyway, if Cato's reading this, you rocked man! Now make sure you do it for more than one game every year.

If he averages a double double, he'll come close to justifying his salary... or not. ;)

No apology from me yet. Thanks for the good game, but you are always good for one good game per season.

If you have a good season, I will apologize.

    Thank you, drive through.

Well Moochie did SUCK yesterday. Wouldnt take any of the wide open jumpers and kept on playing with the ball. We had like 2 24 shot clock violation in a span of 2 min.

And what are you thinking about Moochie after the new contract 104? :D

Moochie's contract -- big waste. The Rocks could have gotten him for less. No one else was ponying up for Mooch, so why did they?

If anything, the Rockets will screw themselves over when it comes time to break the bank for Stevie and Griffin.

Exactly. This season is way too long to forgive Cato for being a potted plant for two years. I just cant get the image of him jawing at a ref telling him he cant call fouls on him because of how much money he makes.

If you remember, Cato looked great in the preseason before he got his fat contract. This guys problem has never been ability, like it was with Brent Price, but he is just too lazy. If he can go the whole year without going back to his old ways, or sitting out half the year with some hypochondriac injury, I will then consider apology.
