I guess I better go to the store to get some fresh batteries for the ol' remote. Looks like I'm going to have a lot of fun switching between the Rockets game and watching Jordan go at it at Madison Square Garden.

And then there's that damn World Series...

I'm glad I have an entertainment room in my house. I have a room with 2 tv with dual tuner pip and 2 ultimate tv receivers and league pass. I also tape the rockets on my bedroom tv. So i'll constantly watch 4 games and tape a fifth. Women like shoes, men like electronics.

I'll be going to SRO tonight for the Rockets game! :D Guess most people there will be watching the World Series though. (the only reason for me to watch that freaking World Series is to see the Yankees fall :D )

I'm glad to have 2 VCR's I can tape both Jordan and the Rockets! :)

Be glad you guys have a choice. I will be watching his floorness lighting up the knicks tonight.

Shame I don't usually get rockets games around here...:(

I will be watching the Rocks vs. Philly, though!

I'll be at home, with Bill, Calvin, soda water, and Little Debbies. Life could not be better!!

Of course I'll check out baseball and Jordan. Wish I could go to the game...commercials on TV keep saying that great seats are still available, so I do not think it will be close to a sellout.

    DearRock,

If you get digital cable tonight, you may have the free preview for league pass, which runs until the fourth, which means maybe you could watch the game.

I will be watching 100% Rockets tonight...only switching during commercials to the WS for a score check. Watch ESPN for the next couple days and you'll get all the MJ you need.

    Lets go ROCKETS!!! :D

Here is the solution to tonight's sporting bonanza:

    1. Watch the World Series game on GameCast on ESPN.com
    2. Watch the Wizards/Knicks game on television
    3. Listen to the Rockets/Hawks game on 740 KTRH.

I'd gladly listen to Gene Peterson & Co. before watching Bill Worrell have to literally choke down his vomit while putting up with Calvin Murphy's nonsense. I haven't watched a Rockets game with the volume on in years.

The league pass preview is free on digital cable. I got to watch rockets preseason games (those that were carried), and the preview through this week is presumably to get you to buy the pass. Anyway, hope you get to see the game.

The League Pass is also free until November 4th if you subscribe to DirecTV. I wouldn't mind flipping over and watching a little of the Clippers/Spurs game tonight...

Anyone who watches Jordan over the Rockets is not a true fan. I will be screaming in the bleachers at the game.

In terms of allocation my attention, my sense of hearing will be completely devoted to the Rockets game. My sense of sight will be split between the World Series (gamecast on the net) and the Wizards game (tv).

Listening to Gene Peterson provides a clear, accurate portrayal of the game. To say that I am not following the game, or even capturing all the details of the game would be completely false.

nice try, but you'll have to come at me stronger than that, rookie.
