    definetely 0 stars.

    zilch. zippo.

Marbury wants them to use the 23rd pick on a shooter, not Novak (N-O-V-A-K) but someone from the draft.

Maybe that's what he said, but if you had any sense the point is he has a shooter on his team.I really don't think he cares how they get there..that's up to zeke anyway.

David Lee would be a dream come true. Novak and the #26?

Head for Lee would work too.

The Knicks are pretty low on Charmin Frye right now. He may be kind of soft, but I think he would fit well in RA's system. Head and Spanoulis works cap wise.

david lee is about the only player i'd want from the knicks. frye had a very unimpressive year. i wold'nt give up luther for him, even thought his jumper and size make him a good fit for the high post offense.

unfortunately, new yorkers would kill zeke if he moved lee for a combo of luther, novak, and the #26.

That might not be a bad trade. Luther Head for Lee and then use the 26th pick and pick up Morris Almond to take Head's spot.

I don't think NY will take Head, they have enough guards that have as many weaknesses as strengths.

They can't even find time to get Richardson on the floor to shoot, Marbz thinks they can find a shooter that will warrant minutes in the draft? Ya right. They have pieces to make a deal for a Peja, Allen, or Barry caliber shooter. But its slim pickings in the draft. Maybe Dell Curry's kid in the 2nd round?

You guys are smoking crack if you think they'll trade David Lee for Novak, Head, or anyone else not named Tracy or Ming.

David Lee is probably the most popular player with Knick fans. Are you kidding me? No way in hell they will trade him.

I posted this in the NBA Draft forum as well, but I think the key comment in the article is the one that says Morris Almond is the best shooter they've auditioned.

"The best outside shooter Thomas has worked out so far in the pre-draft workouts is Rice University shooting guard Morris Almond, who's been compared to Allan Houston."

Crash, that is some serious California dreamin' -- Luther Head or Novak and #26 for David Lee. First of all, the Knicks love Lee and wouldn't dream of letting him loose short of LaBron James (just kidding, but you get my drift). If the Knicks take Almond, they certainly don't need a pint-sized Luther Head.

Yeah, you're probably right. Lee is one of the only tradeable guys they have. They probably won't trade him unless they can dump a bad contract with him. I think Frye is attainable though. I see him as a good fit in an Adelman offense.
