I think the one King that could help this team the most is not Artest or Bibby. I'm starting to believe that Brad Miller is the one that helps the Rockets the most. A PF that knows the system, can open the floor for Yao by hitting the outside jumper with consistency, is a good passer, and can rebound (though not a great rebounder). He could guard the Boozer's of the West. He had a bad season riddled with injuries in 06-07. I'm not sure about the contract status or if the Kings would even be thinking about trading him.

    Just thinking out loud...

    07/08 (32 years old): 10.5 million
    08/09 (33 years old): 11.4 million
    09/10 (34 years old): 12.3 million

I agree he would be a good piece, but I have to give a big HELL NO to that salary.

And he's injury prone. When was the last time an elbow or a foot injury didn't keep him from missing regular season games?

Based on that alone...you're right. That's too much considering age and injury. He is, however, the prototype PF for this system. One that stretches the court to the 3-point line and one that allows Yao more freedom on defense to not have to chase Boozer or Duncan around.

Brad Miller, never the fastest guy, is getting washed up rather quickly of late.

I don't think you want this guy.

No, you're looking at the wrong King. I'd rather Abdur-Rahim.

The very fact which you stated rules him out! They are looking for a Power Forward who's strengths near the basket can complement Yao Ming.
Brad is a great performer away from the basket, out on the court.

    Brad Miller guarding Boozer?!?!?

HAHAHAHA - You thought Yao had trouble, wait till you see Brad Miller in action. The Kings want to dump Brad Miller ASAP and would probably give him away for free if they could.

And he's not a power forward. The guy can't even keep up with Yao in terms of agility. I have no idea how he could keep up with the Tim Duncans and Kevin Garnetts of the world.

I've always felt that Leonidas would provide the midas touch with his leadership and warrior mentality. I'm pretty sure he could keep artest and bonzi in line.

It's just a question of will it work under the salary cap. Not so sure Sparta would give up Leonidas for a couple of first rounders. We might even have to part with Tmac.

RASHARD IS ALWAYS HURT AS WELL

Does the "boys club" purposely regurgitate each others thoughts and look to s**t on every one else's ideas?

Right idea dude....don't worry these are the same people who wouldn't have made trades in the past because of players like Vspazz, Boki and probably Bryce Drew....... :p
