    I'm thinking of getting a rookie's sports jersey just because of the last name thing.

    Everyone tells me that is dumb...Is it? Anyone else that has bought a Jersey just because of last name or a dominant reason being same last name...

    If you're worried about the last name why not order a custom one? You can choose the name and the number and if I remember correctly they don't cost too much more than pre-made ones.

    I was always jealous of Dick Trickle's name. How insane would life be in junior high with that name? Good stories I'm sure.

    I bought a David Wesley jersey because his last name was the same as my first name. I bought one when he was with Charlotte, and then another one when he signed with the Rockets.
